If you wish to become a customer or active user of our website, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully and use our services only if you agree with all of their points and consider them binding on you. This document will not be filed, it will be concluded exclusively in electronic form, it cannot be retrieved later, and it does not refer to a code of conduct. In case of any questions regarding the operation of the website, the ordering and delivery process, we are at your disposal at the given contact details!
We are not able to issue a Community reverse charge certificate for domestic delivery, retail or in-store sales, nor to issue a certificate to a foreign passenger, or to handle any matter related to the VAT refund of a foreign passenger.

Methods of collection

Delivery by courier service. The applicable fee may vary depending on the chosen company. It can be specified before ordering.
In most cases, we deliver the product and assemble it on site, the fee schedule of which is explained to the customer in advance in our price quote.
Payment Terms
By advance payment. In this case, the proforma invoice will be sent to you in advance by email. When making a transfer, please always include the order number in the comments section! The ordered products and the original invoice can be collected after the money has been credited to our bank account.
In person in cash or by bank card. The invoice will be issued on site and made available to the partner.
Order processing
Orders are processed on working days until 4 pm. It is also possible to place an order outside the times indicated for order processing; if it is placed after working hours, it will be processed the following day.
Our customer service will always confirm by e-mail when it will be able to fulfill your order.
The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the real thing, in some cases they are used as illustrations. Our company is not responsible for any changes to technical specifications without prior notice due to the supplier or reasons beyond its control. We reserve the right to reject already confirmed orders in part or in full. Partial fulfillment can only take place after consultation with the customer! If the purchase price of the product is paid in advance, the amount will be returned to the sender.
Ordering process
In all cases, the order can be placed after a preliminary request for a quote and discussion. The order is made by e-mail or telephone, which is confirmed by an e-mail confirmation letter. After the details included in the e-mail, you confirm the order by bank transfer or personal payment and thereby accept the payment and delivery methods included in the e-mail.
Home delivery, information
In the case of home delivery, we will specify the delivery company, its price and the expected delivery time in advance with the customer. The delivery time is independent of us after we have handed over the product to the delivery company.
Notice regarding the receipt of packages
Only order the desired products if you are able to pay the courier for the package upon receipt! In the case of returned packages that are not received, the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer, we can only start sending them again if the package is transferred in advance!
Based on Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, Virág Marcell e.v. . (registered office: 8638, Balatonlelle, Aradi u.) informs you of the following regarding the enforceability of your withdrawal, warranty and guarantee rights.
I. Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal during the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and receipt of the product.
If, in the case of a contract for the provision of services, the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal after the commencement of performance, the buyer / consumer is obliged to reimburse the reasonable costs of the enterprise during the settlement.
The withdrawal period expires 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you takes possession of the product. In the case of the provision of several products, the withdrawal period expires 14 (fourteen) days from that day.
